Three-dimensional sculpted surfaces and functional geometry — the work general shops decline and we build the shop around.
Some bases are not a set of parallel plates with holes in them. Sculpted surfaces, angled shut-offs, interlocking geometry and functional structures that have to mate with a cast or moulded part — these are the jobs where the machining decides whether the design is buildable at all.
This is specialist capability, quoted individually. Send the model or the drawing and we will review the geometry, confirm what we can hold and where, and price it with a firm date.
The same inspection discipline applies: functional faces and critical features are measured on a coordinate measuring machine before packing, against the figures confirmed in the quotation.
If a previous supplier told you it could not be done, send it anyway — tell us which features matter most and we will tell you plainly whether we can hold them.
