Mold Base Components & Parts
Standard and custom components for mold bases — plates, pins, bushes, fittings, and small workpieces such as simple manifold and flow-splitter blocks, quoted for bulk supply.
Beyond complete bases, we supply the parts and small workpieces that go with them: cover and clamp plates, spacer plates, ejector plates and retainers, guide pillars and bushes, fittings — and small machined items such as simple water manifold blocks and flow-splitter / flow-merge blocks, drilled and tapped to your circuit sketch.
Common standard types or custom-machined to your drawing. Bulk is where our throughput shows: two thousand sets and pieces leave the shop every month, so pricing for repeat parts is built on real production figures rather than one-off quotes — the per-piece price improves as the batch grows.
Parts that mate with your existing bases are matched to the drawing you send: steel grade, hardness, hole patterns and the ±0.02 mm class on fitting features, so a replacement plate drops in without rework.
Send the part list, the circuit sketch for manifold blocks, or the base model the parts belong to. Mixed batches — several part numbers in one order — are priced and shipped together.
