Capabilities & order terms
The table below is what buyers and mold designers normally ask before sending a drawing. Terms are stated up front so your purchasing team can approve without a second round of emails.

Quality control
A mold base that is out of tolerance costs you a rework cycle in your own shop. So every mold base is measured on a coordinate measuring machine before it leaves the building, and the reading goes out with the shipment.
Packing is film wrap plus wooden case, and we can photograph the parts and the case before dispatch if you need to pre-clear them with your warehouse.
